Will I be able to contact you at any time?To a certain extent, yes. Through our app, you will be able to contact me whenever you need to. But, like most businesses, I will have scheduled hours during the week when I will respond so I can maintain a healthy work/life balance.

What is your process like for training?After an initial consultation to discuss goals, I will create a specialized workout plan for you to obtain those goals. You will have free access to the Everfit app where we can conduct our communications and see your updates. I can give nutritional guidance if it is needed. Once a month we will conduct a coaching call to go over things. The app gives you 24-hour access to messaging me.

Can you create meal plans for me?Unfortunately, I am not a nutritionist or dietitian. Only dietitians can create meal plans in California. However, I can offer you guidance on what to eat as well as some of my own recipes.

What type of training do you specialize in?Our training will be one-on-one online. I specialize in weight training with dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight.
